Refund policy

No exchange or return possible on sale items.

For non-sale items:

We do not have a return policy but are happy to offer an exchange if informed within 3 days of receipt of the product.

You can reach out to us on hello@ltwt.in or send us a WhatsApp on +91 9372796580. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase and receipt of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It would need to be exchanged with an item/ or items of the same value or more.

Incase you don't wish to purchase something immediately from the website, we are happy to issue a credit note too for the product value with a validity of 6 months. The product will have to be shipped back to us by the customer to our warehouse address -

Refund
We offer refunds only if the garments are defective or damaged upon receipt. The same needs to be informed to the LTWT team within 2 days of receipt of the product. You could write to us on hello@ltwt.in. For refund against defective or damaged products, the same will be refunded to the original payment source within 5 days of receipt of product.

Exchanges
We do exchanges if informed within three days of receipt of the product. It would need to be exchanged with an item/ or items of the same value or more. You could write to us on hello@ltwt.in or send us a WhatsApp on 9372796580

Cancellation
We don't offer any cancellations. If you cancel the order and the order has been shipped out from the warehouse, the customer will be liable to pay the shipping fee incurred for the same.
