Your LTWT X Soul product can be spot cleaned as needed with a moist, soft cloth.

You may wash it by hand or machine (gentle cycle) using a baby safe detergent free of optical brighteners.

Line dry in the shade to prevent colour loss and to preserve materials.

We recommend washing separately for the initial washes to avoid any possible colour transfer.

LTWT fabrics may show colour variations, loose threads, tiny slubs, snags, or unevenness characteristic of natural fibre textiles. These variations should in no way be considered flaws or defects as they do not affect the product's functionality. The fabric and its imperfections highlight its natural beauty and uniqueness. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over Rs.750. This means all our baby carriers come with free shipping.

It takes 24-48 hours to process your order. Once the order is shipped, it takes 5-7 working days for it to reach most cities/towns. If you need more details on this, please contact our customer support on hello@ltwt.in to know the shipping details.

We also offer express shipping to pin codes serviced by our delivery partner, chargeable on actuals.(Rs.800). It delivers within 2-3 working days. You can opt for this while checking out.

LTWT and Soulslings is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third party companies, for governmental or customs-related delays, or for delays caused by weather, air traffic delays, transit delays, and other circumstances outside of our control. LTWT and Soulslings disclaims responsibility for damages arising from the improper handling of products during international shipping, absolving the company of liability in such instances.

All LTWT X Soulslings® Baby Carriers are eligible for a return/exchange within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, customers can resell the carrier by listing it on the website as a ‘Relove’ product. Click here to resell your carrier.
Clearance Sale carriers are not eligible for return.
Please do note that return/exchange shipping charges of 200 rupees will be applicable for all returns & exchanges.

If you receive a defective/wrong product, it is eligible for exchange. Write to hello@ltwt.in immediately with your order number and a photo of the product.

Refund to your source account will be processed in 5-7 business days, after the carrier is received at our facility and inspected.

Reverse pick-up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin-code. Our delivery partner will attempt pick-up twice, failing which, return shipment will be your responsibility.

Relove and Rescue products are not eligible for return. COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
